I've discovered over the years that with proper programming and quality exercise selection, anyone can become strong and enhance their lives without becoming a gym junkie. Or if you're so inclined, be a gym junkie and be even stronger!!
I started my professional career out in IT rather than the fitness industry back in 2006. In 2015 I started to get the itch for something different and began to envision a life in Health and Fitness.
I first started training seriously with Kettlebells in 2012 and became engrossed with the teachings of Pavel Tsatsouline and StrongFirst.
In 2016 my business partner Trent Dolman and I hatched our plan to open a gym and holistic health centre. In 2018 we moved from training people in the local park to opening our own facility & business called Balance to You.
Since then we have helped change the lives of hundreds of people through our small group Personal Training programs and 1-1 PT.
Co-owner and Head Coach of Balance to You Health Studio & ChrisDickPT, I have been helping people from all walks of life achieve their health and fitness goals since 2017.
Fast forward to 2021 I now also offer online training programs and bespoke training + online nutrition coaching services. Which include highly tailored and customised training programs and coaching clients to better health with the Precision Nutrition habit & nutrition coaching methodology.
